Who we are and what this policy covers
Brew River Technologies Private Limited ("Brew River", "we", "us" or "our") is a software company based at Sai Okas, Block 11 G1, 19th Street, Tansi Nagar, Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600042, India.
This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal data in connection with brewrivertech.com, enquiries sent to us, and our relationships with customers and suppliers. We determine how and why personal data covered by this policy is processed.

Personal data we collect and how we use it
Website visitors. When you visit our website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and technical request information, such as your browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use this information to deliver and secure the website. Fonts are served from our own website. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Enquiries. When you submit our enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, company name if provided, selected topic and message. Our form provider may also process technical information for delivery and spam prevention. We use enquiry information to respond and follow up on your enquiry. We use information you send us by email for the same purposes.
Customer and supplier contacts. We process names, work email addresses, phone numbers and correspondence to provide our services, manage business relationships, issue invoices and make payments.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use the following service providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). Hosts and delivers our website through its global network and processes visitors' IP addresses and request information.
- Web3Forms. Provides our enquiry-form service. It receives, stores and forwards form submissions to our email and processes relevant technical information for service delivery and spam prevention. Its published privacy policy states that submitters' IP addresses and email addresses may be shared with CleanTalk and Akismet for spam prevention.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace). Provides our company email and office tools. It stores and processes emails sent to us, including privacy requests and grievances, and our correspondence with customers and suppliers.
These providers may use subprocessors to deliver their services. Apart from these service arrangements, we disclose personal data only where required by law.
Processing outside India
Our service providers may process personal data outside India. Cloudflare operates a global network, and Web3Forms and Google may process data in countries where they and their subprocessors operate.
How long we retain personal data
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond to them and manage any relationship that follows. We retain customer and supplier records for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for periods required by applicable tax and company law.
Service-provider retention may differ from our own. Web3Forms' published privacy policy states that form submissions may be retained for up to three years, unless a shorter period applies to the service plan or the submission is deleted earlier. See its privacy policy for details.
Privacy requests and choices
You can contact us to ask about the personal data we hold about you and how it is used or shared, request correction or updating, or request deletion where the information is no longer needed. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. We may need to retain information where required by law.
We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law and explain any limits on what we can do. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Please email privacy@brewrivertech.com. We acknowledge requests within five business days.
